乌鲁木齐市育林社区高血压综合干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价以社区为基础的高血压综合干预效果。方法以乌鲁木齐市卡子湾街道办事处育林社区居民为调查对象,对其进行为期2年的健康教育,对其中的高血压患者进行为期1年共9次的随访干预,对其中100名愿意进行血生化检测的患者进行了干预前后的血糖和血脂检测。结果干预后,调查对象高血压相关知识得分由3.89±2.40分提高到8.40±1.03分(P<0.01)。干预后,调查对象测过血压的比例由89.0%提高到95.7%,运动参与率由44.2%提高到74.6%,膳食清淡率由28.6%提高到33.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。高血压患者的治疗率由70.3%提高到90.3%(P<0.01),控制率由32.9%提高到62.6%(P<0.01)。进行了血生化检测的高血压患者,其总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇较干预前有明显降低(P<0.01)。结论以社区为基础的高血压综合干预成效明显,应研究有效提高良好行为形成率的措施,进一步控制高血压的危险因素。Objective To study the evaluation of comprehensive intervention for hypertension in community. Methods Residents in Yulin Community of Qiaziwan Subdistrict were chosen by cluster sampling. Health promotion were carried out for general and high fish population and a system was established to manage and treat hypertension cases in these areas. Results The intervention effects of community-based hypertension control trials were estimated to be： （ 1 ） After the intervention, the average hygienic marks improved from 3.89±2. 40 to 8.40 ± 1.03 （P 〈0.01 ）. （2） The rate of blood pression increased from 89.0% to 95.7%. （ 3 ） The rate of taking exercise and light diet were increased by 30. 4% and 4. 5% respectively. All the differences mentioned above showed statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. （4） The treatment rate of blood pressure increased from 70. 3% to 90. 3% （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and the control rate among the hypertensive patients increased from 32.9% to 62. 6% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significantly difference of the average TC and LDL - C before and after the intervention （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The results showed that the communitybased comprehensive interventions for hypertension was effective. Further follow-up study should be developed on the way to enhance the effective behavior formation and to control risk factors.
