摘　　要：随着微创外科技术的发展,腹壁无瘢痕手术(Scarless surgery)成为人们研究新的热点。其基本入路是经自然腔道手术(Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,NOTES)和经脐入路内镜手术(Transumbilical endoscopic surgery,TUES)。NOTES和TUES技术难度都很大。近年随着器械与设备的进步,两种技术得以迅速发展。本文介绍近年NOTES和TUES器械与设备的最新进展。Scarless abdominal surgery becomes new trends in minimally invasive surgery during recent years. The approaches include natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery （NOTES! and transumbilical endoscopic surgery （TUES）. Both NOTES and TUES are facing great challenge technically. The improvement of the devices and instruments are facilitating rapid development of the technique. The new devices and instruments for NOTES and TUES are introduced in this article.
