摘　　要：目的:了解药物滥用造成的各类急慢性中毒状况.方法:调查我院1988～1997年161例常用药物中毒的病历,对其年龄、性别、中毒途径、用药种类、中毒原因、药物来源、治疗预后等情况进行分析.结果:引起中毒的常用药物大致可分为9类、61个品种.以抗精神病、抗癫痫、镇静药居首位.结论:结果显示以肝、肾损害较多见,心肌、神经系统损害次之.The medical records of 161 patients with drug poisoning who received treatment in our hospital during 1988 to 1997 were investigated. The age, sex, adminstration pathway, drugs involved, causes and origins of drugs and prognosis after treatment were analyzed. The drugs involved covered 9 categories and 61 drugs. On the top the list were antipsychotics, anti-epilepsy agents and tranquilizers. Most commonly involved organs included liver and kidney, and next came heart muscle and CNS.
