国产与进口昂丹司琼预防顺氯氨铂所致呕吐的费用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对进口昂丹司琼(枢复宁)与国产昂丹司琼预防顺氯氨铂所致呕吐的临床疗效与治疗费用进行分析.方法:使用含顺铂化疗方案的肿瘤病人,随机自身对照,交替使用进口和国产昂丹司琼,评价其止呕效果及其安全性,计算每一周期止吐药的总费用.结果.急性止呕有效率进口昂丹司琼组为70%,国产昂丹司琼组为75%,在一个治疗周期内,两药的止呕有效率无显著差别.药物不良反应的发生频率也近似且程度较轻,但进口昂丹司琼的费用比国产昂丹司琼高出59.7%.结论:选用国产昂丹司琼是一安全、有效和花费较少的治疗选择.Cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted on imported ondansetron(Zafram) and domestic equivalent (Qilu) in terms of their effect on emesis induced by cisplatin. The antiemetic effect and side effects were studied in a randomized crossover trial in patients with malignancies who were on cisplatin-involved therapies. The patients were given Zafram or Qilu in the first cycle of the treatment and then they received other antiemetic drugs in the second cycle. The cost of each cycle was calculated. The effective rate for acute emesis was 70% in Zafram group and 75% in Quli group. There was no significant difference in antiemetic effect within same treatment cycle. The incidences of side effect were similar in two groups and the effects were mild. The cost of Zafram was 62.6% higher than that of Qilu. We are led to conclude that the domestic product is a better choice in terms of cost-effectiveness.
