摘　　要：镇沅县政府为实现"移得出、稳得住、能发展"的易地扶贫目标,动员社会各界为苦聪人移民社区建设做了大量工作,取得良好的社会经济效益。但苦聪人移民社区的亲和力、凝聚力、归属感、文化建设等方面还面临新的困难和挑战。The aim of Zhen Yuan Government is to help its people to live a better life,especially,poor people to improve their living conditions.With the aim,the government has done lots of things for Ku Cong people by setting up a new Ku Cong people community for them.However,immigrant communities construction also meet a lot of challenges and difficulties,such as,how to develop its sense of community affinity,cultural identity,its culture.
