摘 要:目的通过对比血清胱抑素C(cystatinC,CysC)与尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cre)在肾功能检测方面的差异,探讨在广州地区患者用CysC评估肾小球滤过率(GRF)的可行性。方法检测患者Cre、BUN、CysC,根据MDRD方程计算GFR;分析CysC、BUN、Cre的检测灵敏度;观察CysC和BUN分别与GFR的相关性;各指标在肾功能损害不同程度时含量的差异。结果CysC、BUN和Cre的灵敏度分别为85.7%、54.8%、38.1%。CysC和BUN与GFR的相关系数分别为-0.692、-0.580。CysC在肾功能损害不同程度时含量差异显著。结论CysC是反映肾功能损害的早期指标,并且可用以对肾功能进行初步分期。Objective To explore the role of cystatin C (Cys C) in indicating the renal damage in patients of Guangzhou by comparing Cys C, BUN and Creatine (Cre). Methods The seruem Cre, BUN and CysC were detected. Their GFR were calculated with the MDRD formula. The sensitivity of Cys C, BUN and Cre and the correlation between Cys C and GFR were obtained; The differences of Cys C between different renal-damage phases were also observed. Results (1) The sensitivity of Cys C, BUN and Cre were 85.7%, 54.8% and 38.1% respectively.(2) The correlation coefficients of Cys C and BUN with GFR were -0.692 and -0.580. (3) The Cys C level showed statistical difference between different renal-damage phases. Conclusion Cys C is a good index for indicating early renal function decline for Guangzhou people.
