摘　　要：目的探索开展县级结核病防治工作质量综合评价的方法。方法收集2007年济宁市12个县级结核病防治机构工作报表,确定评价指标和权重指数,应用秩和比法进行分析。结果运用秩和比法确定各县秩和比,C、I两个县处于优档次,K县处于差档次。结论应用秩和比法能够比较客观、合理地评价县级结核病防治工作,值得在管理实践中应用。Objective To explore the methods for synthetical evaluation about TB control of counties. Methods To conllect the data of Jining＇s counties TB dispensary in 2007, to select evaluation indicators and weighting coefficient, and use RSR method to evaluation. Results using the RSR method, to caculate counties RSR, the two counties C, I are the most excellent while K is the worst county. Conclusion RSR method is a relative accurate and objective method for synthetical evaluation, and is worthy of using in management and practice.
