摘  要:主要介绍了某半导体致冷器冷热端散热翅片的优化设计,将翅片高度和散热基板高度优化到一定程度后,再以此为据,选用整体式的货架产品来取代现有的插片式散热器,不仅减轻了重量还提高了散热器抗恶劣环境的能力。其间涉及致冷器随冷热端温度变化引起制冷量以及热端散热量变化的处理,文中都对此作了阐述。A process that optimizes designing of fin sink at cool sides and hot sides of a thermoelectric refrigerator is introduced. First optimizes the fin's size, then chooses a suitable thickness of motherboard. According to the result one, finds shelf-product instead of inserted fin radiator. In this way, not only weight is reduced but ability of adapting adverse environment is also improved. A method of how to deal with the change of capability due to temperature difference of cool sides and hot sides is suggested in this paper.
