摘　　要：目的探讨腹部大血管损伤的诊断与治疗。方法收集2006年6月至2009年6月酒泉市人民医院普通外科经治的9例腹部大血管损伤伴各种合并伤的临床资料,结合文献对其受伤的原因,诊治经过及预后进行分析。结果全组均行手术治疗,存活7例,死亡2例。术后并发症的发生率为100%。结论及时、准确的判断腹内血管损伤情况,采取确切、有效的止血措施,实施损伤控制性手术是成功救治腹部大血管损伤病人的关键。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of major abdominal vascular trauma. Methads The clinical data of 9 cases of major abdominal vascular trauma associated with varied injuries from June 2006 to June 2009 treated surgically were collected, and the causes, diagnosis, treatment,and prognosis were analyzed. Results All patients in this group were subjected to surgical treatments. Seven cases survived, and 2 cases died. The incidence of postoperative complications was 10（I ~. Conclusion Timely and accurate judgment of intra-abdominal vascular injuries,precise and effective measures for hemostasis, and the implementation of damage control operation are the key to successful treatment of patients with major abdominal vascular trauma
