251例健康人左心室条束的2DE与临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究左心室条束的二维超声心动图特征和左心室条束与心脏杂音及室性早搏的关系。方法利用二维超声心动图仪对２５１例健康人心脏多切面检查。结果检出左心室条束１００例（４０％），共检出条束１０８条。在４０例心脏杂音受检者中，３０例有左心室条束；在３８例室性早搏受检者中，检出左心室条束２８例。在二维超声心动图（２ＤＥ）上，左心室条束位于左心室流出道，多附着于室间隔和后乳头肌或左室侧壁，呈线样或带样较强回声，伴随左心室的收缩与舒张而松弛和紧张。Objective To study the relations between left ventricular band and cardiac murmur or premature ventricular contraction and echocardiographic features.Method Two-dimensional echocardiographic studies on hearts of 251 healthy subjects were performed.Result 108 left ventrcular bands were seen in 100(40%) subjects with ventricular band. In 40 cases with cardiact murmur, 30 had left ventricular bands. There are left ventricular bands in 28 hearts of 38 cases with premature ventricular contraction. In 2-DE, left ventricular bands lie in the out-flow tract of the left ventricalar cavity and appear as line echos, relating or retrenshing with contraction and diastolization of the interventricular septum to the posterior pappillary muscle or to free wall of the left ventricle.Conclusion There were close relations between left ventricular band and cardiac murmur or premature ventricular contraction.
