摘 要:目的评价磁共振水成像技术的临床意义。方法用FastASE序列做MR胆胰管造影115例,MR尿路造影45例,MR脊髓造影40例,MR迷路造影12例。以二维(2D)和三维(3D)技术处理图像,配置QD体线圈。结果全部成像均获得成功。此技术对管腔狭窄、梗阻、扩张和充盈缺损的发现准确性高。结论MR水成像是在T2加权成像基础上克服了单纯切面成像的缺点,可在较短时间内获得高质量的管腔成像,为临床治疗和手术前评估提供了可靠依据。Objective To assess the clinical role of magnetic resonance imaging technique.Method 115 cases were studied by cholangio pancreatography,45 cases were studied by urography,40 cases were studied by myelography,12 cases were studied by labyrinthography,with 2D,3DFastASE sequnce,employing QD body coil.Result MR water imaging technique was succesful in all patients.The MR water imaging technique can demonstrate narrowing,dilatation and filling defects of ducts fairly well.Conclution MR water imaging is the advanced scanning technique now that is based on T2 weiting imaging,which offers advantages copared with single scaning imaging techniques.Using MR water imaging,the ducts image with high quality can be performed in a short time,providing useful information for preoperative assessment and clinical treatment.
