性激素与老年冠心病及血脂关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨性激素与老年冠心病的发病关系及对血脂代谢的影响。方法根据ＷＨＯ诊断标准选择了１００例老年冠心病（男５６例，女４４例）病人和１００例健康老年人（男６６例，女３４例），采用放射免疫法测定Ｅ２，Ｔ，同时计算出Ｅ２／Ｔ比值。并用同一标本采用酶法测定ＨＤＬｃ，ＬＤＬｃ。结果发现老年男性冠心病Ｅ２，Ｅ２／Ｔ比值明显高于对照组，Ｔ水平降低（Ｐ＜００１）；在老年女性冠心病中Ｅ２，Ｅ２／Ｔ比值明显低于对照组，Ｔ无显著差异，在老年男性冠心病中Ｅ２，Ｅ２／Ｔ比值与ＨＤＬｃ呈负相关；在老年女性冠心病中呈正相关。结论Ｅ２／Ｔ比值失调是老年冠心病的独立易患因素。Objective To study the relationship sex hormone and the aged coronary disease and plasma lipid metabolism. Method By WHO criterion,100 patients (56 males, 44 females) with aged coronary disease were included in the study and 100 healtly sbjects (66 males,34 females) were used as controls.Estradio (E2),testosterone (T) were measured by radio immunoassay and while E2/T rate was computed highdensity liporotein cholesterol (HDLc).Lowdensity liporotein cholesterol (LDLc) were measured by enayme. Result E2 and E2/T rate in 56 male patients were significantly higher than those in controls.but the T level was significantly lower than those in controls (P<001).But the T level was in significant,E2,E2/T rate negatively correlated with HDLc in 56 male patients and positively with HDLc in 44 female patients. Conclusion Imbalance between sex hormone is alone risk factor of aged coronary.Change of the sex hormone is closely related to the plasma lipid metabolism.
