摘  要:管道大功率激光焊接技术是新近出现的一种新技术,具有深熔焊接的优势。文章介绍了API 5L X100管道钢采用8 kW大功率光纤激光器进行焊接的试验研究,分析了焊缝的几何形状、传导与深熔焊接模式之间的过渡。试验结果表明:当激光热量输入大于600 J/mm,且体积能量大于400 J/mm3时,深熔模式成为焊接的主要模式,深宽比显著增加,焊缝表现为圆锥形;而传导模式焊接时,焊缝形状为典型的椭球形。High-power laser welding technique for pipeline construction is a new kind of technology and possesses the advantage of deep penetration welding. This paper introduces the study on welding experience of API 5L X100 pipe steel with a 8 kW high-power optical fiber laser, analyzes weld bead geometry and transi-tion between conduction mode and deep penetration welding mode. And it concludes that the deep penetration mode will be the major mode if laser heat input is greater than 600 J/m and volume energy is greater than 400 J/mm3 , the ratio of depth to width increases remarkably, and weld bead has a conic form; but in the conduction mode, weld bead has a typical ellipsoidal form.
