摘 要:电涌电压产生的原因主要有直击雷、感应雷及雷电波入侵、电网或操作过电压以及地电位反击。文章在简要阐述电涌电压对石油仪器设备的危害和介绍几种常见电涌防护装置的基础上,根据设备的工作环境和结构特点,提出从电源系统、信号线路和仪器自身三个方面的电涌防护入手,采取安装避雷针、屏蔽网、SPD保护器、电缆屏蔽接地、等电位连接和整体系统接地等措施将过电压削弱至石油仪器设备耐受范围之内,从而达到电涌防护的目的。Surge is mainly caused by the direct lightning stroke, indirect stroke, electrical network or device operating overvoltage as well as the ground potential counterattack. The paper discusses the harmful influences brought by the surge phenomena on petroleum instruments and equipment, and also introduces some commonly used surge protection devices. According to the working environment and structure characteristics of the devices and considering the three aspects of surge protection, i.e. the power system, the signal line and the instruments and equipment, it presents the methods such as fixing lightning rod, gauze screen and SPD protector; adopting cable shield grounding, equal potential connection, whole system grounding and some other mea- sures to reduce the overvoltage to the tolerance range of the petroleum instruments and equipment. These methods provide a guarantee for oil regular production.
