服务业商业模式构建方法比较研究

摘　　要：商业模式的构建已经成为服务业和服务型企业成败的关键。本文回顾了商业模式研究发展的历程,总结比较了目前可用于服务行业商业模式构建的四种方法———Freeband商业蓝图法,商业模式原型法,e3value本体方法和组件商业模式法。分析了这四类方法在理论基础、开发步骤、开发工具、支持技术等方面的不同,指出了不同的方法适用的领域和范围,为服务业商业模式的构建提供了方法支持和参考建议。The construction of service industry s business model is the key for the success of service companies.Based on reviewing the research on business model,the four kinds of methods of construction business model are analyzed,which are FBBM,BMO method,e3value ontology method and CBM method.The comparing dimensions include theory bases,applying area,developing steps and developing tools,and so on.Some advices about how to use different method to construct business model in different field are proposed.
