蚕蛹提取天然复合氨基酸的研制和应用研究

摘　　要：目的从蚕蛹中提取天然复合氨基酸,以此为原料研制保健食品、药品和化妆品。方法蚕蛹经脱脂、酸水解、脱色、离子交换、薄膜浓缩、喷雾干燥等工艺流程,提取天然复合氨基酸,得率在40%以上。结果天然复合氨基酸,对人体有明显营养作用,能促进外科手术创口愈合;有保肝降酶和提高人体免疫功能的作用,可作为低蛋白血症和亚健康人群的营养保健食品。结论天然复合氨基酸,含有人体生长发育、新陈代谢所需要的18种氨基酸,组分全面,配比合理,符合 FAO/WHO 的模式,其中8种必需氨基酸含量>40%,是一种理想的天然氮源。Objective Natural compound amino acid, which extracted from silkworm chrysalis, can be used as raw material to research and make health care food , nutritional medicine and cosmetics. Methods After degrease, acid hydrolysis, decolorization, ion ex- change, thin film concentration, spray drying, silkworm chrysalis was made into the natural compound amino acid, in which content was above 40%. Results Natural compound amino acid had the obvious nutrition function to the human body,and can promote the wound of surgical operation to heal,protect the liver by falling the enzyme action, and enhance the human body immunity function. So it may be taken as nutritional health food for the low proteinemia and the hypo - healthy crowd. Conclusion Natural compound amino acid contains 18 amino acids necessary for human growth and metabolism. Its component is comprehensive and proportion is reasonable ,which conforms to amino acid pattern that FAO/WHO ruled, and the essential amino acids content is above 40%. It is an ideal natural nitrogen source.
