摘　　要：目的探讨冷上清成分血的临床应用价值。方法对50例TTP患者采用分组治疗方法,设立冷上清治疗组、新鲜冷冻血浆对照组、药物治疗对照组,给患者直接输注或作置换液进行血浆置换,并配合药物治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果 20例冷上清治疗组患者临床治疗有效率90%;20例新鲜冷冻血浆对照组治疗有效率65%;10例药物治疗对照组有效率10%。结论冷上清作为一种新的成分血在临床推广应用,尤其对于治疗血栓性微血管(TMA)疾病方面具有广阔的前景,既节约了宝贵的血液资源,又降低了患者的经济费用。Objective To investigate the value of the cold supernatant in the clinical practice. Methods 25 cases of TTP got a di- rect infusion of cold supernatant or plasma exchange using cold supernatant as fluid replacement and with medications at the same time. Then we observed the clinical treatment effect of all the cases. Results The clinical remission rate of 25 cases of TTP was 80%. Conclusion The cold supernatant could be used as a new blood component in clinical application,especially for the treatment of thrombotic microangiopathy（TMA）. It not only can save valuable blood resources,but also can reduce the economic costs of patients.
