摘 要:在大气模拟试验台架上进行了不同大气压下直喷式柴油机燃用0#柴油(B0)和纯生物柴油(B100)的动力性、经济性、烟度和噪声声压级测量对比试验。结果表明:随着海拔高度的增加,发动机动力性和经济性下降,噪声升高,但海拔对燃用B100发动机的影响小于B0;同一海拔下二者相比,燃用B100发动机实测油耗增加,动力性降低,全负荷时烟度减小。低负荷时二者有效热效率和噪声相差不大,但随着负荷的增加,特别是全负荷时,燃用B100发动机有效热效率明显提高,噪声小于B0。Using an atmosphere simulation test platform, the performance of a DI-diesel engine at different atmospheric pressures was investigated when the engine was fueled with 0^# diesel fuel(B0) and biodiesel(B100). The results show that with the rising of the altitude, the engine power and the brake specific fuel consumption reduce and the noise level increases, the altitude has a less influence on the performance of engine fueled with B100 fuel in comparison with B0 fuel. At the same altitude, the B100 fueled engine has higher brake specific fuel consumption and lower power in comparison with B0 fueled engine, but it has lower smoke at full load. At lower load, the thermal efficiency and noise level are nearly same for both fuels. With the increase of load, especially at full load, the thermal efficiency and noise level of B100 fueled engine are obviously better than that of B0 fueled engine.
