摘　　要：新生代农民工的工场表现是其主体性表达的重要方面。本文以一家酒楼的女性服务员为例,对她们日常工作中应对资本控制的反应策略展开讨论。笔者认为,服务员小妹对工场治理的反应混合了其农民工身份、性别和年龄特征的主体性表达,并被纳入其建构新市民梦想的一部分。本文对劳动者主体性的分析超越了传统研究局限于工场关系的分析思路,重视工场之外因素对劳动者主体性的形塑,体现出作者进一步还原劳动者主体性的尝试。Subjectivity study is a new trend in labor process theory. This paper is a case study on the daily expression of subjectivity of young female migrants in service industry. The year-long qualitative study was carried out in a large-scale chain restaurant located in a big city. The author points out that, their strategic reactions on the shop-floor are not oppositions but self-expressions to working relationships, which are in the meantime influenced by young female migrants＇ social identity, gender and age character, and which also make contributions to construct their dreams to become new citizens. The analysis on young female migrants＇ subjectivity has exceeded classic researches which focus on the shop-floor. In this paper, the author has shown her big try on bring lively workers back in.
