摘  要:通过建立激光加工多孔端面机械密封的理论分析模型,采用有限差分法求解雷诺方程,得到不同微孔结构参数下密封端面间的膜压分布,进而可以计算多目标优化方法构建的液膜刚度与泄漏量之比的协调函数,获得了最佳的微孔结构参数值。研究表明,当微孔深径比ε为0.1069和微孔密度sp为0.492时,刚漏比最大。The film pressure distribution between the seal surfaces under various micro-pore geometry parameters was obtained from a solution of Reynolds equation using finite difference method through the foundation of the theoretical analysis model of the mechanical seals with a laser-textured micro-pore surface, the trade-off function of the ratio of the liquid film rigidity constructed of multi-objective optimum method to spillage could be further calculated to obtain the optimum micro-pore geometry parameter. The research shows that the rigidity-to-spillage ratio T is maximum when the ratio of pore depth to pore diameter ε is 0.1069 and the micro pore density Sp is 0. 492.
