摘　　要：本文通过对新医改方案特别是对公立医院改革的解读,结合公立医院改革给军队医院带来的机遇与挑战,借鉴国外公立医院改革的实践与经验,从运行体制、投入机制与监管机制3个方面进行了思考与探讨:军队医院在此次改革中既能坚持姓军为兵的宗旨,履行好军队医院的使命,又能在对外有偿服务中,主动跟进,适度融合。探索军地共享医疗资源、军地共担补偿机制、军地共用监管体系,军民融合的发展模式。With the interpretation of the new medical reform programs, particularly the reform of public hospitals, as well as the reference to the global practice and experience from public hospital reform, the article made some reflection and discussion in three aspects combining with the opportunities and challenges of military hospitals faced which was brought by the reform. In this reform, the military hospitals not only adhere to the military characteristics, but also fulfilling the mission of the military hospital, and take the initiative of moderate integration to meet the medical reform requirement during external pay - for - services. The author put forward some new development models of military hospital, which included sharing of medical resources, compensation mechanism and monitoring system both in military and civilian hospitals.
