摘　　要：本文在疗养院和谐病房构建实践的基础上,通过充分认识和谐与差异的关系,提出了影响和谐病房建设的四种主要差异形式:疗养院与治疗医院的差异、不同医师之间的差异、不同疗养员之间的差异、医师与疗养员间情感体验的差异,并提出解决差异的措施,使疗养院病房环境实现了和谐统一,提高了疗养员满意度。Based on the practice of constructing harmonious wards in sanitarium, the article summarized the main differences influencing the construction of harmonious wards. These differences mainly existed between sanitarium and treatment hospital, doctors, patients, emotions experience of doctors and that of convalescence members. Then the author put forward the corresponding solutions, which achieved the harmony and unification of ward environments and improved the satisfactions degree of convalescence members.
