摘　　要：作者以科学发展观为指导,结合医院快速发展的实际情况,对医院的质量建设进行了深入思考,提出了促进医疗质量、加强医院全面建设的改进措施。Combing with management practices the author made some discussion on the building of medical quality with the guidance of the outlook of scientific development.Some improvement measures were provided to promote the medical quality and enhance the whole building of hospital.
