摘　　要：外训系始终贯彻"以人为本、厚植资源、服务大局、广交朋友"的外训方针,在对外军留学生思想上、生活上、政治上、生活上、管理上采取积极措施,结合医学教育的基本规律和学校的实际情况,探索适应新形势军队医学留学生培养工作的新路,努力将外训系建设为一流的外军留学生培训基地。Our faculty always carries out the policy of cultivating overseas supporters through humanistic approaches and serving state diplomacy by making friends far and wide. And many proactive measures have been taking in the ideology, political outlooks, daily life and management of foreign military students. Combining with the basic laws of medical education and the realities, our faculty has been striving great efforts to explore a new path of cultivating foreign military medical students in compliance with the new situation so as to built into a top -ranking training base for foreign military students.
