摘  要:研究了以钒和氮微合金化的77B钢经1 150℃加热、580℃等温处理10 min空冷后的组织、力学性能和强化机制。结果表明,加钒能减小77B钢的索氏体片间距,提高抗拉强度,但塑性下降;加钒和氮则可促进V(C,N)的析出,增大索氏体片间距,结果提高了钢的综合力学性能。The microstructure,mechanical properties and strengthening mechanism of 77B steel microalloyed with vanadium and nitrogen were investigated after being heated at 1 150 ℃, isothermally treated at 580 ℃ for 10 min and subsequently air-cooled. The results reveal that the addition of vanadium to 77B steel will result in the decrease in sorbite lamella interval and the increase in tensile strength, but the decrease in plasticity, and that the addition of both vanadium and nitrogen to 77 B steel will help the V (C, N) precipitate and increase the sorbite lamella interval, thus increasing the overall mechanical property of the steel.
