摘　　要：本文对预拌混凝土的绿色生产管理进行了分析,讨论了预拌混凝土绿色生产管理的具体措施,提出了绿色生产管理的意义,指出绿色生产管理是预拌混凝土业发展的必然选择。This paper analyses management of green production for ready--mixed concrete, discusses the speeificmeasures of green production management for ready--mixed concrete, proposes the significance of green production management, points out that development of green production management for RMC is an inevitability choice.
