摘  要:The effect and the mechanism of pH on the preparation of BaTiO3 by direct precipitation method were discussed.The result shows that BaTiO3 can be formed only when pH is above 13 under certain energy field.OH-in the reaction not only acts as a reagent of neutralization,but also plays two vital role.The first role is promoting Ti and Ba to form active,easily absorptive or coprecipitated BaTiO3.The second role is acting as a catalyst stimulating the formation of BaTiO3.The effect and the mechanism of pH on the preparation of BaTiO3 by direct precipitation method were discussed.
