摘　　要：介绍了北京市自解放以来的控制测量的发展历史及现状,并提出建立控制测量数据库和管理系统,对北京市的控制测量成果进行有效的整合与管理,展现北京市控制测量的历史沿革及发展变化,实现对北京市各类控制点的综合管理、查询、统计与分析。The paper introduces the history and current situation of Beijing control survey from liberation, then raises to build the control survey database and management system, for integrating and managing the achievement of control survey effectively, showing the history and the developing changes, and realizing to manage, query and analyze the control points
