摘　　要：目的:通过对恒河猴细菌性感染疾病肠道病理改变的观察和分析,完善实验猴病理检测资料,为实验动物病理检测标准的制定提供依据。方法:选取恒河猴肠道标本45例,按5种必检细菌性感染疾病(沙门菌病、志贺菌病、结核杆菌病、小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌病和空肠弯曲菌病)病原种类分组,对其肠道进行病理剖检,HE染色观察记录病变,建立实验猴必检细菌性疾病肠道病理检测资料。结果:病理检测结果显示:沙门菌病表现为伤寒肉芽肿,结核杆菌病表现为结核肉芽肿,小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌病表现为纵行溃疡、急性炎症及化脓性肉芽肿;志贺菌病、空肠弯曲菌病表现为急性炎症和表浅溃疡。结论:感染5种必检细菌恒河猴的肠道分别表现出不同的病理变化,为制定实验动物病理检测指南提供了相关依据。Objective： To observe and analyze intestinal pathological changes of rhesus monkey infected by required examination bacteria, and to provide a basis for development of pathological detection criterion in laboratory animals. Methods ：45 rhesus monkeys with bacterial infection were divided into 5 groups according to the aetiology test：the group infected by Salmonella, the group infected by Shigella, the group infected by tubercle bacillus, the group infected by Yersinia enterocolitica and the group infected by Campylobacterjejuni. The intestinal tract of these monkeys underwent pathological examination first, and then samples were stained with HE to observe the pathological changes. Results ： Pathological examination showed that typhoid granuloma occurred in the eases of Salmonella infection; tuberculosis granuloma occurred in the cases of tubercle bacillus infection;longitudinal ulcer,acute inflammation and granuloma pyogenicum were found in those with Yersinia enterocolitica infection, while acute inflammation and superficial ulcer were found in those with Shigellosis or Campylobacterjejuni infection. Conclusion：The intestinal tract of rhesus monkeys with one of five different bacterial infections demonstrates different pathological characteristics. These findings are useful for the development of pathological examination guidance to laboratory animals.
