摘　　要：目的观察眩晕宁片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法将符合病例的65人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用眩晕宁片,对照组用盐酸氟桂利嗪口服治疗。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2组治疗前后经颅多普勒(TCD)各项指标比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论眩晕宁片可以有效改善椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕。Objective Observation dizziness rather piece treatment zhui - basis artery blood supply insufficient dizziness curative effect. Results Treatment group total effectiveness surpasses the control group, has the significance difference. Around 2 groups treat TCD each target quite to be even have the significance differenee （P 〈0. 01 ）, the treatment group surpasses the control group. Conclusion The dizziness rather piece may effectively improve zhui - the basis artery blood supply insufficient dizziness.
