梅毒患者病程中IL-2、IL-10的检测

摘　　要：目的探讨梅毒螺旋体感染的不同病程与细胞因子水平的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测一期、二期、潜伏期梅毒组、血清固定组患者血清中细胞因子IL-2、IL-10的含量。结果一期梅毒组IL-2高于对照组(q=6.68,P<0.01);二期梅毒组IL-2低于一期组(q=5.38,P<0.01);二期梅毒组IL-10高于一期梅毒组和对照组(q=6.03,P<0.01);血清固定组IL-10高于对照组(q=6.60,P<0.01)。结论IL-2在一期梅毒达高峰,之后随病程进展显著降低。IL-10于二期梅毒显著升高,之后随病程进展呈升高趋势。宿主感染梅毒螺旋体后,其细胞免疫功能受到明显抑制,且随病程进展,其抑制现象愈加显著。Objective To study the relationship between the different courses of Treponema pallidum （TP） infection and the cytokines changes of the host. Methods ELISA was used to detect the serum level of IL - 2, IL - 10 in syphilis pa- tients. Results The serum level of IL -2 in primary syphilis was higher than that in secondary syphilis （q =5.38, P 〈0. 01 ）. The serum level of IL - 10 in secondary syphilis was higher than that in primary syphilis （ q = 6. 03, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The serum level of IL-10 in Syphilis Sero-rosistance was higher than that in control （q =6.60, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion It seems that the celler immunity in syphilis patients is suppressed along with the progress of course from primary stage to Syphilis Sero - resistance stage.
