摘　　要：研究证明，新一代双歧杆菌制剂——天择生态液，可显著加快小鼠的肠蠕动，与新斯的明有协同作用；能缓解地芬诺酯的致便秘作用，亦能明显减轻大黄的致泻作用。显示，天择生态液对肠蠕动有双相作用。The result of our study show that Jianze bio1ogical solution can increase the intestinalperistalsis in mice and has a synergism effect with neostigmine. It can both re1ieve the constipationinduced by diphenoxylate and the diarrhotic effect induced by Chinese rhubarb remarkably. The resultssuggest that Tianze biological solution possesses a two-phase regulating effect on intestinal function.
