摘　　要：利用大学生心理档案参与学校管理具有十分重要的实践意义,有利于学校制定科学管理政策,提高管理效益;有利于改革创新管理方法与手段,密切师生关系;有利于心理健康教育的科学研究,提升管理层次;有利于对学生进行柔性管理,激活学生潜力;有利于当代大学生正确认识自我,加强自我管理;有利于营造高品位的校园文化,构建和谐校园。It is of great practical importance to manage the college affairs using archives on students＇ mentality. The archives are helpful for drawing up scientific management and improving managing efficiency. Reform and innovation of new managing techniques can also be enhanced so as to narrow the distance between teachers and students. Moreover, research on mental health education will benefit from the upgraded management levels and a flexible management system, which will activate students＇ potential, allow them to make a justified self-estimation and strengthen their self-management ability on a campus constructed by harmonious and high-class cultures.
