摘 要:目的了解氟虫腈对黑胸散白蚁的药效。方法采用滤纸法了解接触毒性,采用滤纸法和木块法了解驱避性,采用木块法了解选择取食和强迫取食毒性。结果氟虫腈对黑胸散白蚁有一定的致死作用。同时,在较高浓度下,氟虫腈对黑胸散白蚁具有一定的驱避性。结论可使用50 mg/L及以下浓度的氟虫腈防治黑胸散白蚁。Objective To know the toxic effects of fipronil against Reticulitermes chinensis. Methods Contact toxicity was determined by filter paper-dipping chemical method, repellent effect was determined by filter paper-dipping chemical method and wood block-dipping chemical method, and feeding toxicity was determined by wood blockdipping chemieal method. Results Fipronil had strong lethal action against R. chinensis. Meanwhile, fipronil was repellent to R. chinensis at higher concentration. Conclusion The best concentration of fipronil for the treatment of wood block was ≤50 mg/L.
