摘 要:目的探讨丽蝇蛹集金小蜂的野外释放方法。方法采用纱网、培养皿、广15瓶和散放4种释放方法,分别于晴天、阴天和雨天3种气候条件下,释放寄生后不同时间的棕尾别麻蝇蛹,观察丽蝇蛹集金小蜂的羽化率、蝇蛹的失踪率等指标。结果纱网释放被寄生棕尾别麻蝇是丽蝇蛹集金小蜂的最佳释放方法,寄生蜂的羽化率可达70%以上,蝇蛹的失踪率为0,释放天气最好选择在晴天或阴天,释放的棕尾别麻蝇蛹以寄生后4~10d为佳。结论纱网释放足最好的释放方法;释放时的天气最好要选择在晴天或阴天;释放时,以寄生后4~10d的棕尾别麻蝇蛹为佳,在蝇蛹寄生后时间越长,丽蝇蛹集金小蜂的羽化率越高。Objective To study the optimal strategies of Nasonia vitripennis releasing outdoors. Methods Releasing the Nasonia vitripennis parasitized Boettcherisca peregrine pupae outdoors under fine day, cloudy and rain day, using four releasing methods. The emergence ratios of N. vitripennis and the disappearance ratio of B. peregrine pupae were examined respectively. Results The nylon net was the best method for releasing the parasitoid, the emergence ratio of the parasitoid were above 70% and no B. peregrine pupae were disappeared under different weather; fine day and cloudy day were the optimal releasing weather; the B. peregrine pupae parasitized 'after 4 - 10 days were fit for outdoor releasing. Conclusion The nylon net is the best method, weather and time of releasing N. vitripenhis using parasitized B. peregrine pupae outdoors.
