硫酰氟穿透能力定量实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨硫酰氟的穿透能力，指导实际应用。方法根据硫酰氟遇碱分解的原理，采用氢氧化钠酚酞指示溶液，HeλIOSα分光光度计测定吸光度，观察不同层次医用脱脂棉纱布对硫酰氟穿透作用的阻碍程度，从而定量说明硫酰氟的穿透能力。结果20mg／m^3硫酰氟对不同层次纱布包裹的指示溶液熏蒸处理24h，在8～60层范围内，随着纱布包裹层次的增多，指示溶液颜色逐渐加深，至60层时，吸光度与对照基本一致，即硫酰氟的穿透力为60层纱布。结论本次实验以医用脱脂棉纱布为材料，定量的表示了硫酰氟穿透能力为60层医用纱布。在硫酰氟熏蒸的实际应用上，需考虑其穿透能力时，此结果提供了一定的参考依据。Objective To discuss the penetration ability of sulfuracyl fluorine and to guide reality applying. Methods According to the principle that the sulfuraeyl fluorine could be broken up by alkali, phenothalin sodium hydroxide solution was used as a instruct solution. It was packaged by different layer gauze, when the experiment was over,the spectral photometer HelIOS αape was used to measure the absorbanee. Results 20 mg/m^3 sulfuraeyl fluorine fumigating the instruct solution packaged by different layer gauze for 24 h, the spectral photometer absorbanee was increased as the layers of gauze increased. When the layers was 60, the spectral photometer absorbanee was equal to the control test. Conclusion The result supply a reference for the sulfuraeyl fluorine funfigating when need to think the penetrating power of sulfuraeyl fluorine in practieal applieation.
