放线酮驱鼠效果的研究

摘　　要：目的了解放线酮驱鼠效果。方法模拟现场和现场效果观察,其中模拟现场采用容器内分别放相同诱饵或不同诱饵,外包装材料涂放线酮与空白对照;现场采用容器内放相同诱饵,外包装材料涂放线酮与空白对照;连续观察2 d鼠类拖食情况,外包装材料有被鼠咬过的痕迹,则判断为阳性。结果模拟现场相同诱饵组,外包装材料涂放线酮组均未拖食,空白对照组2 d拖食;不同诱饵组大米诱饵和对照组都未拖食,葵花子诱饵第2天拖食,对照组2 d都拖食;现场实验组4周内都未被拖食;空白对照组都被拖食。结论放线酮具有一定的驱鼠效果。Objective To find out the effect of simulative scene of cycloheximide and normal scene of driving rats. Metbods The simulative scene used the method that putting same baits in the vessels and compare the overwrap material spread cycloheximide with a blank;Comparing different baits match in the vessels when overwrap material was spread cycloheximide;Comparing oveiwrap material spread cycloheximide with a blank when the vessels in the scene were put same bait; Making a continuous observation of rodents＇ expending foods for two days. The situation that the appearance of packaging materials that had been mouse-bitten was judged positive. Results The same bait that packing material coated cycloheximide were not expended. The blank control group has expended foods for two days;Both the rice bait experimental group and the control group did not expend food. Sunflower seeds bait experi- mental group expended food at the second day. The control group has expended food for all 2 days. The scene experimental group has not expended for 4 weeks. The blank control group all expended. Conclusion Cycloheximide has a certain effect of driving rats.
