摘 要:目的:完善枳壳的质量标准。方法:以柚皮苷和新橙皮苷为对照品,对枳壳建立TLC鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定枳壳中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量。柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量测定采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(磷酸调pH=3)(20:80),检测波长为283nm,流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:25℃。结果:薄层色谱鉴别特征斑点明显。含量测定中柚皮苷进样量在0.2~2.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.12%,RSD为0.74%;新橙皮苷进样量在0.2~2.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.82%,RSD为1.42%。结论:本法专属性强,重复性好,可用于枳壳的质量控制。AIM:To perfect the quality standard of Fructus Aurantii. METHODS:The reference substances consisted of naringin and neohesperidin,TLC was used to identify naringin and neohesperidin from Fructus Aurantii,and the contents of naringin and neohesperidin were determined by HPLC.The Hypersil C 18 (200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% H3PO4(20:80),detection wavelength was at 283 nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS:The TLC spots developed were fairly and simply identical.The concentration of naringin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.2-2.0 Ixg,r =0.999 9 ,the average recovery was 100.12% ,RSD = 0.74%. The concentration of neohesperidin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.2- 2.0 μg,r =0. 999 8 ,the average recovery was 99.82% ,RSD = 1.42%. CONCLUSION: The methods are special and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Fructus Aurantii.
