摘  要:血浆中盐酸氟桂利嗪经硼酸缓冲液酸化后,正戊烷—异丙醇(98:2)提取其原型,加酸使成盐溶于无机相中,再加碱后用二氯甲烷提取,样品点于硅胶GF_(254)薄层板上,以环己烷—丙酮—氯仿(9:3:5)为展开剂.氟桂利嗪在254nm紫外灯下呈紫色斑点,Rf=0.54.于CS-930薄层扫描仪上测定,λs=215nm、λR=310nm,线性范围0.3~8μg,平均回收率90.02%.用此法测定了氟桂利嗪血药浓度,并进行药物动力学研究.Plasma samples were acidified by Broate buffer solution and extracted by n - pentane- 2 - propanol (98: 2). Added acid, the drug was redissolved into inorganic phase and then alkalized and extracted by dichloromethane. The extracted solution was spotted on silica gel F254 plate and developed with cyclohexane-ketone-chloroform (9: 3: 5). Under UV 254 nm lamp, flunarizine shows violet spot with Rf value about 0. 54.scanning at CS- 930 TCL scanner λS=215 nm; λm=310 nm. Liner range was between 0. 3~8 ug, with average recovery 90. 02%. The concentration of the drug in plasma and the Pharmacokinetics were studied by the proce-dure.
