摘 要:为了获得经济的产能,很多气井都采用多层合采的方式进行生产。其优势是在单位生产压差下较单层生产能采出更多的天然气。过去的研究主要是在投产前通过建立多层理想模型来模拟多层合采下的生产动态,进而指导气井射孔和配产。但对一个特定的气藏来说,实际生产往往与模拟出来的结果存在较大差异。从实际的多层测试资料入手,通过建立一套多层合采评价模型,用产层抑制比和实测数据偏离理想曲线的程度两个参数来定量评价多层合采开发效果,对现场生产更具有指导意义。气田实例验证表明,此模型可以用于评价多层合采效果、最佳合采层数。In order to get economic productivity, commingled multi-layer production is usually applied in a number of gas wells, with advantage of getting more natural gas under drawdown pressure than that of single layer. Earlier research mainly focused on establishing ideal multi-layer model before production to simulate production perform- ance of commingled multi-layer production and is often applied for directing perforation and allocation of gas wells. But actual production is much different with simulation result for a specific gas reservoir. Thus, based on actual multi-layer testing data, and by establishing an evaluation model of commingled multi-layer, rejection ratio of pay zone and deviation degree of measured dada with ideal curve are used for quantitative evaluation on commingled multi-layer production effect. This has much guidance in field production. Gas field examples proved that this mod- el can be used for evaluation of effect and optimum number of commingled multi-layer production.
