摘 要:以往对大庆萨尔图油田南八区中块套损机理的研究表明,与油田生产相关的注水压力、区块压差和浸水域是影响成片套损发生的主要因素。高压注采能够使块体内部产生流体压差,流体压差对块体产生推动力,当作用于块体的推动力大于抗滑力时,块体将沿着滑动面向压力低值区发生蠕动滑移,当滑移达到一定距离时,就会造成油水井套管的变形或错断。根据高压注采制度下油藏流—固耦合效应,提出了摸拟成片套损的数学模型及检验标准,在发生成片套损的大庆萨尔图油田南八区中块,设计了具有不同浸水域和区块压差的方案,通过对每种方案的模拟表明,只要南八区中块的注水压力和区块压差分别控制在12.4 MPa和0.8 MPa以下,浸水域不超过60 %,区块稳定系数就小于1.0~1.2,就不再发生成片套损。The article introduces a study on the laterally shear-sliding casing damage mechanism carried out in the middle block of south 8 region in Saertu Oilfield in Daqing. The results indicated that pressure of injected water , pressure difference between blocks, and ratio of water-saturated associated with oilfield development are the major factors for laterally shear-sliding casing damage. High-pressure injection and exploitation cause the fluid pressure difference in the block and therefore bring about thrust to the block. When thrust imposed on strata in the area is higher than skid resistance, the strata will creep and glide along the slip surface toward the lower pressure region.The glide, slides to a certain distance, will causes casing deformation or fracture. According to the coupling effect between fluid and solid under high-pressure injection and exploitation, mathematical model simulating laterally shear-sliding casing damage and testing standards of model were established. In the middle block of south 8 region in Saertu Oilfield in Daqing, where casing damage occurred, various schemes of different ratio of water-saturated and pressure difference between blocks were proposed respectively. Based on various schemes, simulation results of indicated that so long as the pressure of injected water and the pressure difference between blocks are controlled be- low 12.4MPa and 0. 8I^IPa respectively, the ratio of water-saturated is smaller than 60%, the stability coefficient is under 1.0 - 1.2, laterally shear-sliding casing damage will not occur anymore.
