摘  要:针对大庆萨北油田二类油层储层物性差、平面和纵向非均质性严重和普通浓度聚合物驱提高采收率增油效果不明显等问题,提出开展高浓度聚合物驱技术思路。结合矿场实际需求,采用仪器检测和理论分析方法,开展了高浓度聚合物溶液流变性、黏弹性、流动特性和驱油效果物理模拟研究。结果表明,高浓度聚合物溶液的黏弹性较普通浓度聚合物溶液更强,阻力系数和残余阻力系数更大。在注入整体段塞尺寸(0.57 PV)相等的条件下,高浓度聚合物驱较普通浓度聚合物驱最终采收率能提高近10个百分点。高浓度聚合物注入时机、用量和段塞组合方式对增油效果影响很大,注入时机愈早,聚合物用量愈大,高浓度聚合物驱增油效果愈好。整体段塞和“低中高黏度”段塞组合注入压力愈高,扩大波及体积能力强,增油效果较好。理论分析表明,高浓度聚合物溶液流度控制能力更强、驱油效率更高是其大幅度提高采收率的主要机理。In view of the poor reservoir quality, serious aeolotropism and low recovery from the ordinary-concentra- tion polymer flooding in the under-productive oil layers in north Saertu zone in Daqing Oilfield, the idea of high concentration polymer flooding was proposed. Combining with the actual need of the oil field and making use of the experiment detection and theoretical analysis, the physical simulation on rheological property, viscoelasticity, flow property and displacement effect of the high concentration polymer solution were implemented. The results show that the viscoelasticity, the resistance factor and the residual resistance factor of high-concentration polymer solution are better than that of the ordinary-concentration polymer solution. The ultimate recovery from high-concentration poly- mer flooding is about ten percents higher than that from ordinary-concentration polymer flooding at the same whole plug (0.57PV}. The dosage, time of the injection and the way of slug form have a significant influence on the ul- timate recovery. The larger dosage or the earlier time of the injection can attain a better flooding effect. The whole plug and the "plug form with low, middle and high velocity" can increase the injection pressure and enlarge the swept volume. Theoretical analysis indicates that main mechanism of enhancing the oil recovery is that the highconcentration polymer solution flooding is more powerful to control fluidity and can improve the efficiency of oil washing.
