摘  要:注聚采油必然导致产出液中含有残余聚合物,然而产出的聚合物浓度不稳定,针对这种污水的实验研究需要模拟出与现场性质相同或相近的残余聚合物,实验结果才能真实的反映现场情况。采用乳化机模拟储层对聚合物的剪切,天然岩心模拟储层对聚合物的吸附,实验后的AFM(接触式原子力显微探测)照片显示:随着浓度的增加,疏水缔合聚合物(APP4)分子形态呈现由点到线、再到团块状变化趋势,与该聚合物性质相吻合;用乳化机和天然岩心联合剪切后聚合物与现场产出残余聚合物分子大小和形态相近,采用这种方法模拟残余聚合物可行。During the stage of polymer flooding, some residual polymers of various concentrations are commonly found in produced liquid, therefore it is required to simulate the substances in lab, which have the identical or sim- ilar properties with the residual polymers in place, in order to reflect the reality. Mulser and natural cores are used to simulate the shearing and adsorption of reservoirs, respectively. The contact AFM ( atomic force microscopy ) pictures show that with the increasing of concentrations, the molecular form of hydrophobically associating polymers ( APP4 ) assumes a trend from point to line then to lump structure in accord with the property of this polymer. The polymers sheared both by mulser and natural core have similar molecular sizes and forms with those of residual poly- mers in place, which proves the method to simulate residual polymer is workable.
