摘 要:江苏油田具有油藏温度高、注入水矿化度高和非均质性严重等特点,油田开发现已处于特高含水开发阶段中后期,迫切需要采取进一步提高原油采收率措施。近年来,随着聚合物驱和Cr3+/HPAM凝胶调驱技术的日益成熟,为高温高矿化度油藏聚合物驱和Cr3+/HPAM调驱提供了物质保障和技术基础。针对江苏油田开发实际需求,利用理论分析、仪器检测和物理模拟方法,对适合江苏油田水质和油藏温度的Cr3+/HPAM凝胶配方进行了筛选,对聚合物凝胶在多孔介质内的流动特性进行了评价,对聚合物驱油效果及其影响因素进行了物理模拟。结果表明,聚铬比、聚合物浓度和岩心渗透率是影响凝胶注入能力的主要因素,“调剖+聚合物驱”要比单一“聚合物驱”增油效果好。推荐江苏油田采取“大庆抗盐”聚合物和“调剖+聚合物驱”段塞组合方式,段塞尺寸0.38~0.57 PV。聚合物溶液聚合物浓度1 200~1 400 mg/L,聚合物凝胶聚合物浓度Cp=1 400~1 600 mg/L,聚铬比 60∶1~120∶1。Jiangsu Oilfield has stepped into middle-late development stage with ultra-high water cut and with the characteristics of high reservoir temperatures, high water salinity and high heterogeneity, so there is an urgent need to take further measures to enhance oil recovery. In recent years, polymer flooding and Cr3 ~/HPAM gel profile control and displacement technology have been much developed, which provide material and technical basis for high-temperature and high salinity reservoir by polymer flooding and Cr3 +/HPAM gel drive. According to actual demand in the development of Jiangsu Oilfield, with the utilization of theoretical analysis, equipment testing and physical simulation method, Cr3 +/HPAM gel formulations, suitable for reservoir water quality and temperature of Jiangsu Oilfield, are screened. Flow characteristics of polymer gel in porous media is evaluated, physical simula- tion on polymer flooding effect and its impact factors is also conducted. Results shows that chromium/poly ratio, polymer concentration and core permeability are main factors that affect gel injectivity, "profile modification + polymer flooding" has better displacement effect than that of single polymer flooding. It is recommended that Jiangsu Oilfield adopt Daqing salt-resistant polymer and "profile modification + polymer flooding" slug combination with 0.38 -0.57 PV of slug size. Polymer concentration of polymer solution, polymer concentration of polymer gel (CP) and Poly: Cr3 + is 1 200 - 1 400 mg/L, 1 400 - 1 600 mg / L and 60: 1 - 120: 1, respectively.
