几种冷地型草坪草耐寒抗逆生理指标分析

摘  要:在自然低温胁迫下(2~8℃),对引进的绿宝石、公园、百思特、优美、交战Ⅱ、贝克6个冷地型草坪草品种进行了抗逆生理指标观测,分析了其抗逆性差异.试验结果表明,在引种供试的6个冷地型草坪草品种中,百思特品种的叶绿素含量最高,为1.32mg/g;叶片相对含水量以优美品种最高,为84.16%;绿宝石的脯氨酸含量最高,为6.01mg/g;百思特品种的相对电导率最低,为31.23%;抗逆隶属值以百思特品种最大,为0.89.各草坪草种抗逆性强弱依次为百思特〉优美〉交战Ⅱ〉公园〉贝克〉绿宝石.Several physiological indexes of six cool - season turfgrasses that Sonoran, Park, Barrister, Euromyth, Crossfire Ⅱ and Plxie under low temperature stress (2 -8℃ ) were measured, and the anti- inverse differences were analyzed. The results showed that the highest chlorophyll content of leaf is Barrister variety and is 1.32 mg/g; the highest relative water content of leaf is Euromyth variety and is 84.16% ; the highest protine content of leaf is the Sonoran variety and is 6.01 mg/g; the lowest relative conductivity of leaf is the Barrister variety and is 31.23% ; the highest resistance comprehensive evaluation is Barrister variety and is 0.89 in the six cool - season turfgrass varieties of introduction for the trial. The strength of turfgrass resistance followed by Bester 〉 Euromyth 〉 Crossfire Ⅱ 〉 Park 〉 Pixie 〉 Sonoran.
