康复新液辅助治疗小儿手足口病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液辅助治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法门、急诊手足口病患儿154例，随机分为两组，治疗组78例，对照组76例，两纽性别、症状轻重无显著差异。两组均予以利巴韦林及补充维生素和退热等常规治疗，治疗组加用康复新液口服和外用，与对照纽治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组显效率61．5％、总有效率92．3％，对照纽显效率31．6％、总有效率71．1％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论康复新液辅助治疗手足口病疗效显著，无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the curative effect of treating HFMD by Kangfuxin lotion adjunctive therapy. Methods 47 patients with HFMD were randomly divided into treatment group with 24 patients and control group with 23 patients.Both were treated by conventional therapy with ribavirin, vitamin and antifebric, etc.And the therapy of treatment group added Kangfuxin lotion by mouth and external application as adjunctive therapy.Compare the curative effect of treatment group and control group.Result The conspicuous effective rate of the treatment group was 61.5 %, while that of control group was 31.6%. And total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3%, while that of the control group were 71.1%.The discrepancy was very obvious. （P〈0.01） .Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin lotion as an adjunctive therapy in treating HFMD is significant without apparente untoward reaction.
