益肝片抑制HBsAg及调节免疫功能的实验研究

摘　　要：小鼠口服益肝片４．５ｇ／ｋｇ，脾脏相对重量增加２５．８％，抗体形成细胞（ＩｇＭ－ＰＦＣ）明显增加；口服３．３ｇ／ｋｇ，腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分数和吞噬指数分别提高９８．４２％和１００％；提高血清溶菌酶含量８１．０７％；体外实验，益肝片０．When the oral dose was 4.5g/kg in mouse the weight of spleen increased by 25.8%;the amount of antibody forming cells (AFC) increased obviously. when the dose was 3.3g/kg,phagocytosis percentage and phapocytosis index of celiec macrophages increased by 98.42% and 100% respectively; the content of serum lysozymes increased by 81.07%; the Yigan Tablet at level of 0.25～1g/ml inhibited obviously on HbsAg in vitro.
