682例亚健康状态与月经异常调查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨河南女性亚健康状态与月经失调之间的关系。方法:对682名女性作SCL-90测试,同时询问、记录月经情况。结果亚健康者有581/682(85.19%)按其SCL-90原始总分值分布状况分为轻、中、重,分值为:228.19±21.45、261.69±35.62、274.15±21.58(P<0.01)。月经异常的发生率分别为:亚健康组月经周期异常、经期异常、经量异常和痛经发生率为13.25%、12.91%、35.11%、4.99%,对照组分别为7.92%、5.94%、12.87%、1.98%(两组比较P<0.01);月经异常组SCL-90中各因子除恐怖因子外均高于常模值组(P均<0.01);月经正常组的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执因子高于常模(P<0.01);月经异常组的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、偏执、精神病性因子与月经正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:随着亚健康状态的加重月经异常的发生率增加,周期、经期、经量和痛经的发生率都增加(P<0.01),采取合理有效的调整措施降低缓解亚健康的程度或预防其在女性中发生可以有效地降低月经异常的发生率。月经正常的女性也可能存在心理障碍。Objective ：To study the relationship between the sub -health state and menstrual disorders of women in Henan Province. Methods ：682 women, tested with SCL - 90, record their menstrual situations. Results ： 581 out of 682 are sub - health （85.19%） ,which can be divided into light, medium and heavy according to the original SCL -90 total score distribution, the scores are ：228.19±21.45,261.69±35.62,274.15±21.58 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of abnormal menstruation are as follows：abnormal menstrual cycles, abnormal menstrual period, the amount of abnormal, and the incidence of dysmenorrhea of sub - group ：13. 25% ,12.91% ,35.11% and 4.99% ,the control group are 7.92 % ,5.94% ,12.87 % 1.98% （P 〈0.01） ;The factors of SCL - 90 in abnormal menstrual group except tile terrorist factor is higher than the norm value of the group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; somatization, depression, anxiety , paranoid factor of normal menstrual group are higher than the norm （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; somatization, obsessive - compulsive symptoms, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, paranoia, psychotic factor of abnormal menstrual group and normal group menstruation are significantly different（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Take reasonable and effective mitigation measures to reduce the level of sub - health or to prevent the occurrence of abnormal menstruation. Normal menstrual women may also have psychological barriers.
