中药内服配中药离子导入治疗“肝郁痰凝型”乳腺增生病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药乳痛灵内服配中药离子导入治疗"肝郁痰凝型"乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将100例"肝郁痰凝型"乳腺增生患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组各50例。治疗组患者口服乳痛灵,每次6粒,每日3次。对照组患者口服乳癖消,每次6粒,每日3次。两组皆配以中药离子导入治疗。1个月经周期为1个疗程。两组患者皆治疗2个月经周期后,观察总体疗效及症状变化情况。结果:治疗组综合疗效、中医证候疗效总有效率分别为90%和92%。对照组分别为84%和88%,两组比较疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药乳痛灵内服配中药离子导入是治疗"肝郁痰凝型"乳腺增生病的有效方法。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of Chinese Medicine to be taken orally with Chinese Medicine ion transmission in treating hyperplasia of breast of kidney asthenia and liver depressed type. Methods ： 100 patients with hyperplasia of breast of kidney asthenia and liver depressed type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 in each group. The patients in treatment group took Rutongling capsule orally 3 times a day and 6 each time. The patients in control group took Rupixiao capsule orally three times a day and six each time. Both groups of patients were treated with Chinese Medicine ion transmission. One menstrual cycle was one course of treatment. The both groups of patients were observed the general effects and the symptoms changes conditions after two menstrual cycles of treatment. Restdts：The treatment group＇s comprehensive effects and signs and symptoms of TCM were 90% and 92% respectively. While the control group＇s were 84% and 88% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups. The effects of treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion：Chinese Medicine Rutongling capsule to be taken orally with Chinese Medicine ion transmission is an effective method in treating hyperplasia of breast of kidney asthenia and liver depressed type.
