寿胎丸对大耳白孕兔生殖功能及其胚胎发育毒性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨寿胎丸对大耳白孕兔生殖功能及胚胎发育毒性,对其生殖安全性进行研究。方法:采用寿胎丸不同剂量对大耳白孕兔体内染毒,观察孕兔增重、交配率、受孕率等,并观察吸收胎、畸胎等异常状况。结果:其不同剂量对孕兔生殖功能状态影响,且对胎仔活胎率、吸收胎率和畸胎率的影响,与溶剂对照比较均未见明显差异。结论:寿胎丸药液在本研究所确定的40g/kg剂量浓度以下,初步认为对健康育龄大耳白孕兔生殖功能及其胚胎发育,无明显毒性。Objective ： By observing the affect of reproductive function and embryo growth on pregnant rabbits for Shoutai pills, It is able to open out its reproductive toxicity. Methods：To adopt Shoutai pills in differ doses,and by compared with differ groups, we inspect pregnant rabbits on weightness ,amphimixis rate,pregnant rate, and observe alive embryo rate,abnormal embryo rate, it is able to open out its reproductive toxicity. Results ：The experimental effects indicate that it is＇t affected on alive embryo rate,abnormal embryo rate. it is t affected on weightness,amphimixis rate,pregnant rate too. Conclusion：The experimental effects indicate that it has not reproductive toxicity for Shoutai pills in 40g/kg.
